Jeep Renegade My Sky Power Roof Problems

Now i have to wait for chrysler mopar to send a rep out to inspect it to make sure the dealership diagnosed the correct problem because the repairs are so much.

Jeep renegade my sky power roof problems. I can still remove panels but when i press the power button to open the panel the motor runs but it does not open.
